BLACKSBURG, Va. -- Sometime after he killed two people in a Virginia university dormitory but before he slaughtered 30 more in a classroom building Monday morning, Cho Seung-Hui sent NBC News a rambling communication and videos about his grievances, the network said Wednesday.
This reveals a few things.
The killing spree was a carefully planned, premeditated event.
Cho was looking for notoriety.
He knew that he would become a figure in American history.
What's pathetic is that his plan is working.
Apparently, Cho made the determination that NBC and its desperate ratings bomb of a cable network MSNBC would jump on the opportunity to carry it out.
