There has been a virtual mainstream media blackout on all members of Casey Sheehan's family except for the Left's darling Cindy.

I think that's important to note. Cherie Quarterolo, Casey's aunt and godmother, issued a statement from the family, condemning Sheehan's rhetoric and behavior.

Did this prompt the mainstream media to pound down her door for interviews? If it did, Ms. Quarterolo didn't agree to speak to them. If she did, I missed it.

FINALLY, we are hearing from Patrick Sheehan, Casey's dad, and Andy, Casey's brother.

NewsMax reports on comments Mr. Sheehan made to People:

The husband and son of Gold Star mom Cindy Sheehan are urging her to end her anti-war protest outside President Bush's Crawford, Texas, ranch, saying she's doing a disservice to their family.

"I don't think she's done the best for the family," Patrick Sheehan, 52, tells People Magazine. "When we see Cindy talking about Casey, we all relive the loss."

Casey Sheehan was killed while serving in Iraq last year. But even his brother, Andy, 21, doesn't agree with his mother's antics, telling People, "I think she should come home."

Patrick explained: "My kids and I feel like we've had two losses, Casey, and now our wife and mother. The kids are angry and lonely for her."

Mr. Sheehan filed for divorce earlier this week.

Mrs. Sheehan told People that she understands her kids would like to have her back home, but still claimed that "they're supportive."

"They understand what I'm trying to do," she insisted.

Clearly, Cindy Sheehan's husband and children feel she has abandoned them. She has chosen to put her anti-Bush crusade, as well as her status as a media darling and the patron saint of the anti-war, "Bush is a terrorist" Left, ahead of her family.

The "grieving" teary-eyed mom who has plenty of time to spend August camped near the President's ranch and time to have conference calls with the radical Left and time to give dozens of interviews with the fawning liberal media does NOT have time for her OWN grieving family members.

Cindy Sheehan says Bush killed her son.

It appears that she has killed her family.
