This must be a very sad day for David Gregory, Dana Milbank, Michael Moore, and the rest of the sorry lot of far Left liberals.
Harry Whittington was released from Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas today.
The Leftists had spent the past few days fantasizing about the Vice President facing a Grand Jury investigation for killing a man. In their dreams, Dick Cheney was not only negligent with a firearm, he was drunk at the time of the shooting.
When he made his statement, Whittington looked remarkably well. Although his right side was very bruised, his face was not horribly disfigured by the birdshot -- another disappointment for the Left.
Whittington was such a gentleman. His demeanor stands in marked contrast with the hysterics of the libs.
With each word that he spoke, the utter lunacy of the past week became more and more apparent. What a ridiculous circus it has been!
It is truly a blessing that Whittington looks to be on the road to a full recovery.
