Reckless Use of a Firearm?

There's nothing funny at all about guns being fired on Milwaukee's streets.

West Milwaukee police say as many as 10 rounds may have been fired in what is suspected to be a gang-related argument early this morning, although no one was hit by the bullets.

Two men believed to have been shooting at each other outside a party in the 1200 block of S. 46th St. are in police custody today. Police received reports of shots fired in the area about 1:40 a.m.

Officers initially arrested five people; three have been released.

It's horrible.

Innocent bystanders could have been injured or killed by this spray of bullets.

The response of investigators to the incident belongs in the "NO KIDDING" file.

Investigators on the scene believe this could be a case of reckless use of a firearm.

Really?

This could be a case of reckless use of a firearm?

I don't think investigators would be going out on a limb to call it reckless.
