My take: I don't know. He may have gestured intentionally or it may have been a simple finger to his face.
It really doesn't matter. While whining and complaining about Hillary, Obama got his own dig in. The fact is what Obama was saying was the verbal version of flipping Hillary off.
I do think it sounded like at least some in the crowd reacted to his finger.
