Blair Doesn't Flinch

Police and emergency services around the Underground Station at Shepherd's Bush in London

Tony Blair spoke about today's terrorist incidents in London.

His message: React calmly.

The transport system should soon be back up and running.

He said that we can't minimize today's incidents, but thankfully, there were no deaths reported at this point.

Blair said that the scourge of terrorism is one that we all face together.

Australian PM John Howard is in London meeting with Blair today. He commented that terrorism is the enemy of all free people, and stated that Australia will remain a steadfast partner to the UK.

Howard said that the best response to terrorism is to carry on.

That seems to be exactly what Blair and London are doing.

More.
