From the Obama Photo Album

Barack Obama's campaign likes these photos from the Obama family album:

Look at him. What a little cutie!

Oh, oh...

The Obama camp doesn't like this one.

Why not?

Since Hillary Clinton's campaign is behind circulating it, the intent certainly isn't to help Obama.

That's beside the point.

What's interesting is that Obama's campaign considers the circulation of the pic to be a dirty trick.

Drudge writes:

The photo, taken in 2006, shows the Democrat frontrunner fitted as a Somali Elder, during his visit to Wajir, a rural area in northeastern Kenya.

The senator was on a five-country tour of Africa.

...Obama campaign manager David Plouffe quickly accused the Clinton campaign Monday of 'shameful offensive fear-mongering' for circulating the snap.

Clinton campaign manager Maggie Williams responds: "If Barack Obama's campaign wants to suggest that a photo of him wearing traditional Somali clothing is divisive, they should be ashamed."

Obama dressing in traditional clothing while visiting a foreign country is not offensive. Where's the fear-mongering?

Look at Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi:

Yes, on a certain level these photos of Pelosi are scary. What Pelosi did on her Terrorist-palooza Tour was a problem, not what she wore.

What's the big deal about Obama dressed up like that?

Why hide the photo of Obama? Why become defensive?

There's nothing to be defensive about.

Obama's people would have been wiser to respond with a simple, "So?" Get a grip and circulate this.
