Marcus Chisolm, the man who smashed innocent bystander Pat Kasthurirangaian's windshield and face after 2007 Juneteenth Day festivities in Milwaukee, was sentenced today.
According to TMJ4:
Twenty year old Marcus Chisholm was sentenced to a year at the House of Correction. Last month he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for attacking Pat Kashtharigian.
Friday in court Chisholm apologized for his crime and called the act stupid.
According to an AP story from last summer, Chisolm could have been sentenced to "up to 15 years in prison and up to $50,000 in fines."
One year in prison--
Chisolm is a lucky man.
His act was more than just stupid.
