CODEPINK: "All Life is Sacred"

CODEPINK, that group of nutjobs committed to getting arrested, proclaims on its website that "all life is sacred." I don't know how that managed to get on to the site.

Have these radical Leftists turned Pro-Life?

Are they against abortion?

Of course not.

"All life is sacred" doesn't really mean ALL to these Pinkos.

They're talking about Darfur.



Because of the crisis in Darfur, CODEPINK has some suggestions for its followers:

1. Sign the Petition to send in Peace keepers through Amnesty International

2. Help organize a UN Peace Envoy

3. Divest from Sudan

4. Call President Bush

5. Genocide is news: Tell the media to cover Sudan

Darfur is a humanitarian disaster.

Taking action to end the suffering there is a noble effort.

What I have a problem with is the notion that CODEPINK presents itself as a group that believes "all life is sacred."

What a load!

Among its many "campaigns," CODEPINK has taken no action to end the practice that has resulted in the deaths of 45 million (and counting) unborn children. Those lives aren't sacred.

And what about Iraq? Is ALL life sacred there?

CODEPINK wants the U.S. to end its involvement in Iraq now, as in right now.

What about the humanitarian disaster that would surely follow an immediate U.S. troop withdrawal from Iraq?

They don't care.

Bringing American troops home wouldn't mean there would be peace. If anything, there would be chaos and an uncontrolled escalation in hostilities in Iraq and the Middle East.

Is all life sacred or not?

No, not to the Pinkos.
